Returns Policy

• You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. No scratches or damage.
• Your item must be packaged well with NO LOOSE ITEMS. PLEASE WATCH VIDEO BELOW
• We only accept returns on items purchased directly from Boat Trailer Rollers. You will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us immediately of receiving the defective product and we will ship a new piece, part or latch if needed. The returned merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air.

Instructions on returning for a REFUND    

• Please Include your original receipt in the box or bag.

Please Note:

• If you are requesting a refund it will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
• The refund is contingent on inspection. If the item is damaged or scratched, your item will not pass inspection and you will not receive a credit back.
• If inspection failed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.
• We ONLY process refunds on orders placed directly through BoatTrailerRollers.com.
• Please allow 3 days for the refund to process

Instructions on an EXCHANGE    

• We currently do not accept exchanges, but you can return the incorrect model for a refund. Then simply place an order through our website for the correct roller.
